Shipping
We ship across India. Ittars and leather goods are dispatched within 2–3 business days and arrive within 4–7 business days, depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order is on its way.
Shipping is complimentary on orders over ₹2,000. Below that, a flat ₹99 is added at checkout.
Bound books are made to order: each is dispatched within 7–10 days and ships free across India. Custom bindings are quoted individually, and we confirm timing with you before we begin.
Returns
If something isn't right, you can request a return or refund within 15 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. For reasons of hygiene, opened or unsealed ittars and perfumes cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or faulty.
To start a return, write to hello@abqa.store with your order number. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Leather goods are made in small runs and finished by hand; minor variations in grain and tone are part of the material, not faults.
