Shipping
We ship across India. Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days and arrive within 4–7 business days, depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order is on its way.
Shipping is complimentary on orders over ₹2,000. Below that, a flat ₹99 is added at checkout.
Returns
If something isn't right, you have 7 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. For reasons of hygiene, opened or unsealed attars and perfumes cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or faulty.
To start a return, write to hello@abqa.store with your order number. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Leather goods are made in small runs and finished by hand; minor variations in grain and tone are part of the material, not faults.
