Refund policy

We want you to love what you buy from Abqa. If something isn't right, you can request a return or refund within 15 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility

Items must be unused, in the condition you received them, and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened or unsealed attars and perfumes cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or faulty. Leather goods are finished by hand; minor variations in grain and tone are part of the material, not faults.

How to start a return

Email hello@abqa.store with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with return instructions. Items sent back without first contacting us cannot be accepted.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email us within 15 days of receipt with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know whether it's approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original delivery charges are not refundable.
